November is the beginning of cooler weather in the UAE, with temperatures ranging between 25-30°C. It'll be mostly sunny during the day, with a light breeze in the evening. We suggest packing summer clothes with a couple of light jackets as the AC is really strong indoors.

The Du tourist SIM card provided to you at the airport will come with free data that is only valid for 24 hours. You can choose to upgrade your SIM for an additional 28 days at any Du store location near you. However, most indoor public locations will have free wifi available to stay connected, in case you do not wish to purchase a plan.
